Whether you're brand new to fitness or coming back after a break, I'll meet you where you are and help you build a sustainable practice you actually enjoy.

Nutrition Coaching for the Plant-Based Athlete

I help plant-based and plant-curious women build a sustainable, healthy relationship with food so they can fuel their fitness, reach their body composition goals naturally, and finally break free from diet culture.

I'm Paige Benlolo, MS, ACSM-CPT

I'm an ACSM-CPT with an MS in behavioral neuroscience, as well as a plant-based athelete of 3 years and an ex-vegan.My goal is to make fitness fun for all women, and help plant-based and plant-curious women learn how to fuel themselves correctly for training and natural body recomp (if desired).
